Complaints
No retaliation: You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
If you believe your privacy rights were violated, you can file a complaint with Aperion Health and/or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.

We may revise this Notice and make revisions effective for information already maintained and information received in the future.
